With less than a week left before the end of Season 4, migration will begin for the transition into the fifth season. The slots available to immigrate to each State will be divided into four different levels.

For the “elite immigration invitation slot”, there will be only 1 slot; for the advanced level, 5 slots; for the medium level, 20 slots; and for the regular level, 170 immigration slots.

Not being part of any alliance, the survivor must maintain a “regular identity” or have received an invitation, not be the acting President during migration—these are some of the conditions required to migrate. To use the regular immigration slot, you must have a Watchtower at level 30 or lower.

MeowFIA [XOXO] and THE PATROL 2.0 [PA13], now THE ROGUE PATROL [RO13], are the two alliances that immigrated to State 89 for Season 4.
